Grins, Bunnies and Codigo: The Art Behind Our Designs
Every Arigameplays design in our collection starts with my name and my gaming life. Here's what each one shows, so you can find the piece that fits you.
What is the grin and bunny?
Grin X Bunny is the simplest design: a pink grin with sharp teeth, an X and a bunny head with a heart-shaped nose, the same pair that headlines the Arigameplays Merch banner. ARIGAMEPLAYS sits underneath in big jagged pink letters.
Which designs are illustrations?
- Pink Anime Gamer: a girl in a cat-ear headset with a lollipop and a white cat with spiral eyes, on a pink panel of tiny grins and bunnies.
- Cat Ears Line Art: a girl in cat ears and a pleated skirt holding a rifle, drawn in thin white lines inside a tall frame, with my name running down the side.
- Pink Top Controller: a flat pink figure in a bow-strapped top next to a bright yellow gamepad.
- I Love Illustration: a woman in a purple cardigan resting her chin on her hand, beside I LOVE ARIGAMEPLAYS.
What does codigo mean?
Codigo is the Spanish word for code. The design writes codigo: in a big pink script and puts ARIGAMEPLAYS on a yellow tag below, so the whole thing reads as code: Arigameplays.
Which ones are about gaming?
- I Love Monitor: a retro computer screen that says I LOVE ARIGAMEPLAYS, with a pink gamepad beside it.
- Controller Heart: a soft pink line-art gamepad whose cord leads to a bar running from I to a heart, above my name.
Which design should I pick?
Want it simple? Go for Grin X Bunny or Codigo. Love anime? Pink Anime Gamer is the one. Here for the games? Pick I Love Monitor or Controller Heart. Every design comes on tees, long sleeves, crewnecks and hoodies, plus kids' and youth sizes.
